iDEAL is offered only to customers located in the Netherlands and only for payments in euros. PayLio hides it for other countries, other currencies and amounts below the provider's minimum.
Customers who are not eligible still see the other payment methods available for their region, so one unsupported option does not block the checkout.

Can my Dutch customers pay with iDEAL through PayLio?
Yes. Customers located in the Netherlands see iDEAL at checkout for euro payments above the provider's minimum.
Why is iDEAL not shown for my payment?
iDEAL only appears for customers in the Netherlands, for payments in euros, and above the provider's minimum, currently about 46 EUR. For anything else the customer sees the other methods available to them.
Do I need a Dutch bank account or an iDEAL contract?
No. iDEAL is the customer's way to pay through the payment provider. You receive the payout as USDC on Polygon in the wallet you entered for the payment.
