Crypto Payments

Let customers pay directly with stablecoins and other crypto, forwarded to your wallet in the same coin.

Enabled per account

Direct crypto is switched on per account. If Direct Crypto is not available in Create Payment, ask support to enable it.

Supported networks#

PayLio supports 15 networks. Available tokens and minimum amounts are shown when you create a payment.

Create a crypto payment#

    Choose Direct Crypto

    In Create Payment, switch to Direct Crypto.

    Pick network and token

    For example USDT on Tron, or USDC on Base. A live quote shows how much the customer has to send.

    Enter your payout wallet

    The wallet must be valid for the selected network. The payout is sent there in the same token.

  4. 4

    Share the link

    The customer sees a unique deposit address, the exact amount and a QR code.

How crypto settles#

  • A payment counts as paid once at least 99% of the quoted amount arrives. Less than that is marked underpaid.
  • The funds are then forwarded to your wallet minus the 1.5% crypto fee. Track the forward with forward_status or the payment.forwarded webhook.
  • Unpaid crypto payments expire after 48 hours.

Network fees on Tron

Forwarding TRC20 tokens costs TRX for network fees. The dashboard shows a warning with the expected cost before you create a Tron payment.

Wallet address formats#
