Public status page#

paylio.org/status shows the current state of any payment by its payment ID. No login is needed, so you can link to it from order emails or your help center.

It shows:

• The status (unpaid, paid, underpaid or canceled).
• Amount, currency and the payment method used.
• When the payment was created and when it was paid.

In the dashboard#

Logged-in merchants can use Dashboard › Check Status, or search My Payments by ID, email or note.

From your server#

To check a payment programmatically, use the Payment Status endpoint with your API key. It returns more detail, including forward_status and fee fields.
