Where your money goes and how to follow a payout on-chain.
There is no PayLio balance#
PayLio is non-custodial. Every payment is paid out directly to your wallet as part of settlement, so there is nothing to withdraw and no payout schedule.

Set your Polygon wallet#

Open Settings
Go to Dashboard › Settings.

Enter the address
Paste a Polygon address (
0x…) that can receive USDC. - 3
Confirm with your password
For security, changing the payout wallet requires your current password and signs you out on all other devices.
Follow a payout on-chain#
Every paid payment has transaction hashes you can look up on a block explorer such as Polygonscan:
txid_in– the deposit into PayLio's settlement address.txid_out– the payout to your wallet.
You find them in the payment details in the dashboard and in the Payment Status API response.
Refunds#
Because funds go straight to you, refunds are sent by you from your own wallet. Card payments made through an on-ramp cannot be charged back to you, but please handle customer disputes fairly and quickly. Contact support if a customer reports a problem with the provider.
Tip: keep the payment ID with the order so support can find the payment quickly.
